Member Service Representative
Location: New Town
Our ideal candidate provides superior service to existing and prospective members. The individual must effectively handle members’ questions and problems, and therefore must possess excellent listening and communication skills. We seek people who take pride in helping our members while building long-term relationships in our New Town branch.
Duties include accurately processing a variety of financial transactions for credit union members, opening new accounts and explaining, promoting, and cross-selling products and services to credit union members.
Skills required include strong computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new procedures and services. Prior cash handling and computer experience is preferred.
Expectations include maintaining a working knowledge of the credit union’s policies and procedures.
Salary is based on experience and we offer a competitive benefit package for full-time employees. Occasional Saturday shifts will be required.Send application or resume to:
