Thanks to all the members who joined us last week for our Annual Meeting. It’s amazing what we accomplished in just one hour! We unfurled our new training facility, we shared highlights about our upcoming Core Conversion, we recapped 2018 financial reports, and we re-elected directors to our board.
We reelected Joy Brew, our previous Board of Directors President. As a member since 1993 she continues to offer a wealth of experience about our financial institution. Lynn Oberg likewise remains on our Board of Directors. He has been a member since 2004 but serves all of our members, whether new to Dakota West Credit Union or a member for decades.
Our membership elects our Board of Director officers every year for three-year terms. The Board meets monthly and provides guidance and oversight on a range of issues on behalf of our members.
