Let us introduce you to one of the people who makes Dakota West Credit Union a special place to work.
Vonnie Johnsrud, one of our Watford City loan processors, joined the Dakota West team a little over five years ago, but she serves the people of McKenzie County in an even more hands-on capacity.
Named 2017 McKenzie County EMT Emergency Responder of the Year, Vonnie’s dedication represents a passion for great service: lack of sleep, stressful tasks, and a constant commitment to learning and doing whatever is necessary to help strangers. The responsibility she embraces and the results of her efforts change lives.
The upside for the members of Dakota West Credit Union is that the same quality she brings to her emergency services work are also the benefits that those of us who work with Vonnie admire most: her willingness to help others, and to do it with a smile. Whether you visit our New England branch, or interact with our loan officers in Mohall, Vonnie represents an important service to all our members, even without being seen. And much like her other responsibilities to her community, we are glad to have her helping each other and making our community thrive.
Vonnie is just one of many Dakota West Credit Union employees who also serve the emergency needs of North Dakota. To learn more about our staff and the roles they play on our communities, please follow our newsletter and learn more about the people of Dakota West Credit Union.
