That’s right, folks— the much-anticipated update to Dakota West’s card activation and PIN management system has finally been completed! Whether you’re a new card holder who needs to activate your card, or you’ve had your card for years and want to update your PIN, you no longer need to visit us in-branch or wait for printed instructions from us in the mail.
To utilize this new system, please call 1-866-762-0558 and follow the prompts. Please have ready the following information for us:
- The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- The 3-digit code listed on the back of your card
We also ask that you call us from the phone number associated with your Dakota West Credit Union account. If you are unsure what phone number is on file with us, you can access this information via Online Banking or our mobile app. You may also call us to verify the phone number on file.
