Online Banking & Mobile App Outage Update

We wanted to give you a status update of the current situation regarding online and mobile service. In conjunction with our provider, we have explored all workaround options and there is not a solution for the downed circuit. Once the circuit is restored online services will be restored as well.  

Our provider’s networking team is monitoring the circuit and their incident team is in communication with the AT&T team, actively and frequently requesting updates from the AT&T team on restoration of the circuit.

 As soon as we have confirmation of the circuit restoration, we will notify you when we confirm service is available. We sincerely thank you for your patience and appreciate your understanding of this unfortunate interruption in service.
